If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
When you ship back an item for exchange or return you must email us the tracking number you received from the shipping carrier. If you do not give us a notice or if you do not share with us the tracking number and the package is missing we will not have any responsibility for it and the items will not be refunded.
Final sale items are not eligible for return and or refund.
Before you ship back your item for exchange or return, please contact and inform us about it by phone or Email.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The refund will be 95% of your purchase amount (as 5% will be deducted for CC processing)
If the order was shipped to you with a free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and If your purchase is eligible a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your item is eligible for return and you choose to exchange it with a different item, you will have to ship the original item to our address on your expense, and you will be required to pay the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
