Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

The company and its logistic center is located in Israel.
Your order is sent from Israel directly to any address in the United States, Canada and most of Europe.
The estimated delivery time is between 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping costs are $50. You pay only $30 (we subsidize $20)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before you ship back the item you must contact us by email or WhatsApp. We will than send you a return confirmation with the address in Israel were to ship it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your item gets back to us in Israel.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your item.
Once your return is approved if you choose to get a refund, we will place a refund to your credit card.
The refund will be 95% of your purchase amount (as 5% will be deducted for CC processing)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the order was shipped to you with a free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (or the subsidized part of the shipping).
You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you purchased with a debit card, a refund is not possible you can get a store credit.
If your item is eligible for return and you choose to exchange it with a different item, you will be required to pay the full shipping costs for the exchanged item.
